Senior SoC Power Engineer: AI Chip Power & Efficiency
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Amazon Web Services seeks a Sr. SoC Power Engineer to model and estimate power from RTL to final netlist, driving power reduction in MLA accelerators.
You will collaborate with architects, designers, verification, software, and Physical Design teams to define best practices for power analysis and IR/thermal modeling. Experience with lab power measurements, power integrity, and automation scripting is essential.
