Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Community Stellar Senior Living is a premier skilled living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Founded in 2012, we have experienced consistent growth and now operate the La Villa Grande Care Center in Grand Junction, CO. Job Overview The Registered Nurse will support the Director of Nursing and take on a blend of clinical and leadership responsibilities, including staff direction and resident care planning. Key Responsibilities Practice according to the community’s philosophy, policies, procedures, and state standards. Complete resident assessments. Provide direction and leadership to care staff. Train staff on medication administration and other care duties. Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Valid, unrestricted RN license in Colorado. Maintain continuing education unit (CEU) requirements. Basic computer skills. Passion for caring for seniors. Compensation and Benefits Night and day shifts, full‑time and PRN availability. Competitive pay: $35–$44 per hour, DOE. Sign‑on bonus of $15,000 for full‑time positions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off, holidays, 401(k), and more.
