Clinical Documentation Specialist (Medical Scribe)

CVS Health, in collaboration with Oak Street Health, seeks a Clinical Informatics Specialist/Medical Scribe to support primary care providers with real-time documentation. You will observe visits, document encounters, code appropriately, and prepare after-visit summaries within a value-based care framework.
