Make a difference in women's healthcare. East Lakeland OB/GYN Associates is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who enjoys mentoring others, improving workflows, and ensuring patients receive exceptional care every day. As our Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role by supporting our talented clinical team, fostering a positive workplace culture, and delivering the outstanding patient experience our practice is known for. What You’ll Do Lead and support day-to-day clinical staff operations Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure excellent patient care Orient, train, and mentor new team members Interview and assist with hiring exceptional clinical talent Develop and implement clinical policies and best practices Manage PTO and vacation scheduling for clinical staff Serve as the liaison for laboratory quality assurance initiatives Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts Promote continuous quality improvement and efficient patient flow Partner with providers and leadership to create an exceptional patient experience What You’ll Bring Active LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification Minimum 5 years of clinical experience Previous OB/GYN experience strongly preferred Prior leadership or clinical management experience preferredAthena EMR experience preferred Outstanding communication, organization, and leadership skills A collaborative mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others Why Join East Lakeland OB/GYN We believe every woman deserves compassionate, personalized care.
