No-Bake Molder – Pevely, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable No-Bake Molder to join a manufacturing operation in the Pevely area. This position is responsible for producing quality sand molds, setting up molding jobs, preparing molds for pouring, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities:
- Produce flask and flaskless air-set sand molds
- Set up molding jobs according to production schedules and work instructions
- Operate and make adjustments to molding equipment and mixers
- Inspect tooling and molds for proper condition and fit
- Prepare molds for pouring, including clamping and weighting
- Complete required production and process documentation
- Perform routine housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
Qualifications:
- Previous foundry, molding, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and materials
