We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities Answer phones & take payments Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Assist agents in making contacts with prospects via text & phone Following up on forms/documents needed Contacting late pays from CRM Qualifications Must pass Property & Casualty test or have in place Communication and interpersonal skills.
