Senior Operations Process Coordinator Location: Des Moines, IA (Onsite) Length: Perm Compensation Range: $24.00-$25.00 Start: ASAP This role will require to be in-office 5 days per week as the position is in-office essential Position Summary In the role of Senior Operations Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and courteous responses to telephone inquiries from contract owners, agents and third parties. You will utilize multiple department systems to provide accurate information and will be expected to comprehend and explain life and annuity products. You will be working in a fast-paced call center environment and during your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll be maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency goals. Required High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 1-2 years of high-volume inbound call center experience. Continuous employment over the last 24 months. Previous Life and Annuity Insurance experience. Preferred Analytical skills Oral and written communication skills Knowledge of the life insurance industry or insurance products/procedures through a combination of experience and/or coursework Ability and willingness to learn multiple financial concepts and systems.
