Job Summary Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - AMRET - TX - Dallas Forth Worth 281 Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory. Schedule and Pay Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay: $23 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity Requirements Personal vehicle Valid driver's license Proof of insurance Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening Key Responsibilities Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in store Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at the retailer Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory Maintain professional interaction with both merchants and fellow employees Attempt to place point of purchase signage on exterior and/or interior of business Advise merchants by providing information on products Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising displays, and merchant feedback Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products Assist in launch‑related activities as needed Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner Work Environment Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory Approximately 22–35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling Mix of in‑store engagement, driving, and administrative follow‑up Independent work style supported by leadership and training teams Benefits No weekends Weekly Pay (DailyPay options available) Paid training and onboarding support Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time Next‑day pay options available Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) Company‑provided mobile device and materials Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience required Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience Demonstrated knowledge of products and services Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal & problem‑solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Reliable transportation within assigned territory Performance Metrics Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits Effectively demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit Legal Information 2020 Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
