Machine Operator - Columbia, IL

We’re Hiring: Machine Operator – Columbia, IL Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Columbia, IL Job Type: Temp to Hire Pay: $19/hr++ (based on experience) Shifts Available:

1. st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Thursday)
2. nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Thursday)

Requirements for the Machine Operator role:

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and monitor production machinery
• Fill, seal, and package liquid products with accuracy
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, diagnose and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fill levels and product quality
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments as needed
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions
• Lift to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance)

Qualifications for the Machine Operator role:

• At least 6months machine operator experience required
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
