Director, Employee Relations - Banking & Financial Services

Responsibilities Lead Flagstar’s Employee Relations function as a trusted advisor. Establish and execute the Bank’s employee relations strategy. Oversee complex investigations involving misconduct, harassment, and discrimination. Develop resources, tools, and standards for employee relations. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Analyze case trends and propose actionable insights for reducing risks. Facilitate risk assessments and partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk. Qualifications Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field. 10+ Years of progressive experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, employment law, labor relations, or related experience. 3 years of people management experience. Professional certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
