About the Role: Are you fluent in Swedish and looking for a career that combines professional growth with the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the world? You’ll start with an intensive 3-month training and trial program in Greece , working with one of our on-site clients to gain hands-on experience. After successfully completing the program, you’ll become part of our exclusive pool of Swedish-speaking agents available for remote assignments with top international companies. What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently. Learn and master our client systems during your training period. Work remotely after your training while staying connected to our global team. Be part of a flexible, high-performing team with opportunities to grow your career internationally. Who We’re Looking For: Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with digital tools and remote work. Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Open to relocating to Greece for the 3-month training period.
