Our outpatient office facilitates professional relationships among staff members, leading to coordinated care approaches for our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify each client’s mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available supportive resources. Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate the healing process. Develop personalized treatment plans that include clear therapeutic goals and tailored interventions to address clients' needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care that enhances client outcomes. Provide crisis intervention, complete risk assessments, and create safety plans as necessary to ensure client safety. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in full compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Lead therapeutic group sessions, educational workshops, and support groups that foster community and connection among clients. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas. Possession of strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients. Demonstrable proficiency in leading therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and implementing effective treatment strategies. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, working directly with clients on clinical issues. In-depth knowledge and application of various evidence-based therapeutic approaches suitable for family and marriage therapy.
