Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys. • Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction. • Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings. • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. • Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. Qualifications: • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Compensation: $17 hourly
