Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hotel Eastlund. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, completing check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations and guest requests, processing payments, and helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. This position works closely with Housekeeping, Valet, Maintenance, and other hotel departments. Strong customer-service skills, good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional in a busy environment are essential.
