As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide essential services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Active licensure/registration in the relevant state, with a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout your employment.
• Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.

• Make independent decisions when necessary.
• Provide knowledgeable and competent nursing care to patients.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
