Who You Are This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architectural Designer based in Redondo Beach, CA. Candidates should be capable of both creative design thinking and the technical development of projects from concept through completion. Qualifications Professional degree from an accredited architecture program 7–12+ years of architectural experience Experience navigating the plan check process Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required); Photoshop a plus Solid detailing knowledge and experience coordinating with consultants and building departments Working knowledge of California building codes and residential construction practices Understanding of site planning and design principles Strong design sensibility with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead aspects of projects when needed Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with talent, experience, and skill Health insurance Paid time-off #J-18808-Ljbffr Archinect
