- Collaborate with senior management to identify and develop leadership opportunities within Tom Wood Powersports.
- Participate in leadership development programs and training sessions to enhance management skills.
- Support operational excellence by assisting in the execution of business strategies and initiatives.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure excellent customer experiences and efficient processes.
- Contribute to talent acquisition and retention efforts to build a strong and capable team.
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
