Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, U.S. ConnectedX is a preferred partner for leading Fortune 1000 enterprises and is consistently admired by the clients and employees across the globe.What You Will Do:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to marketing data and privacy.Utilize marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization in campaigns and customer engagement strategies.Ensure that all marketing data practices adhere to relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and align with the company's privacy policies.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.Act as a liaison between marketing, legal, and technical teams to ensure alignment on privacy and data utilization strategies.Identify areas for process enhancement within marketing data workflows and recommend solutions for improved efficiency and compliance.Provide training and support to team members on data privacy best practices and the effective use of marketing analytics tools.What You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on marketing data and privacy.Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).Strong understanding of data privacy laws and frameworks, with experience implementing privacy measures in business processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
