Job Position: Saw Operator

Location: WACO, TX 76712

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Description: Monday - Friday
6am - 2:30pm
$18/HR

The Saw Operator will be responsible for cutting composite materials to specific measurements and specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Operate saw equipment to cut fiberglass/composite materials according to production specifications.
Measure and verify dimensions using measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
Inspect finished cuts for quality and accuracy.
Perform material handling and move products throughout the production area.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Experience operating saws, cutting tools, or similar equipment preferred.
Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Must be reliable and have good attendance.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment.
May involve working with fiberglass/composite materials.
Requires proper PPE and following safety guidelines.
