Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying potential challenges and areas for support. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals, using a strengths-based and client-centered approach. \n
- Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. \n
- Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, keeping detailed documentation of sessions and treatment adjustments as necessary. \n
- Offer immediate support and crisis intervention, ensuring the safety and welfare of clients who may be experiencing acute distress. \n
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions, adhering to the guidelines established by regulatory boards. \n
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients. \n
- Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatments, bringing innovative approaches to your practice. \n
- Participate in mandatory supervision and opportunities for professional development to continually enhance your clinical skills. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline. \n
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required. \n
- Demonstrated competency in clinical assessment and diagnosis. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients and team members. \n
- A deep empathy for client well-being and a genuine dedication to helping others. \n

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field, working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
