As a Remote Travel Service Representative , you'll help clients stay informed, organize important details, and keep requests moving forward from initial inquiry through confirmation. Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Handle Respond to client questions and requests Gather dates, preferences, and important details Assist with reservations and confirmations Provide updates and follow up on pending items Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, and activities Research options when needed Maintain accurate client records Assist with routine changes or adjustments What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Good organization and attention to detail Reliable follow-through Comfort working independently Ability to manage multiple client requests Familiarity with email and online systems Willingness to learn new tools and processes Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
