Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active New Hampshire state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel SLP experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and Medicare documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Weekly Scheduled Hours: 35.

Provide skilled SLP services to adults in a skilled nursing setting. Deliver assessments and interventions for communication and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with payor and facility standards.
