Production & Warehouse Coordinators - Opportunities for Future Openings

Job Title Production & Warehouse Coordinator – Hiring all shifts! Shift Monday – Friday, with mandatory Saturday overtime as needed. 1st Shift: Production – 6:30 am – 2:30 pm, Warehouse – 6:00 am – 2:00 pm. 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Compensation Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour + 8% shift differential for 2nd shift. Responsibilities Assemble custom procedure trays, following instructions and verifying component quantity. Inspect components visually for defects, report or reject as needed. Complete prep assemblies and apply appropriate wrap per customer sterile technique. Set up: communicate with Team Leader, prepare job orders, verify Device History Record contents, validate vendor IDs, batch count at least one product per cart, remove outer packaging if required. Seal: calibrate sealing machine, check header bag and insert labels, seal packages to specifications, complete necessary paperwork. Packaging operator: load and package product on machine, inspect for defects, rotate loading positions, adhere to SOPs, GMP, and ISO policies. Warehouse Coordinator duties: load components onto conveyor, verify pick tickets in ERP, use calculator for counts, operate lift truck/pallet jack, apply FIFO, mark red and green dots for expiration and special controls, replenish overages, maintain safety and departmental policies. Accumulator duties: segregate totes, verify bins, load to carts, mark status in ERP, label carts, analyze and define shortages, produce inventory reports. Palletizer duties: load/unload pallets, prepare pallets with shrink‑wrap, update workload status, inspect labeling, manage shipping, track skids, manage additional tasks as assigned. Stocking duties: verify product before placement, reconcile inventory counts, inspect for defects, maintain FIFO, report incidents, replenish overflow rack, clean work area, operate lift truck/pallet jack. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Team focus and constructive feedback. Apply feedback to improve performance and monitor own work. Meet productivity standards and complete work timely. Observe safety and security, report unsafe conditions. Read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and communication. Write simple correspondence and present information to coworkers. Perform basic arithmetic and data interpretation. Apply common sense to written or oral instructions; handle few concrete variables. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be able to read and write in English. Relevant education and experience may substitute to meet requirements.
