MRI Technician | Mentor, Ohio

Seeking a reliable and experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role focuses on providing high-quality imaging services, working exclusively with Siemens MRI equipment. The position offers a stable daytime schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or evening shifts required.


Schedule:

• 5x8 hour shifts, Days
• 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT(MR) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous hands-on experience operating Siemens MRI systems
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accurately follow imaging protocols and physician instructions

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures according to established clinical guidelines and physician orders
• Operate Siemens MRI scanners safely and efficiently
• Screen patients for safety and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions during imaging sessions
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Follow all infection prevention and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, medical staff, and other technologists to optimize patient care
