Senior Transportation Project Manager

Project Manager – Roadway/Highway Engineering Leverage Search Group is seeking an experienced Roadway/Highway Engineering Project Manager to lead Phase I and Phase II IDOT/Tollway projects across Illinois. The role requires strong technical leadership, project management experience, and a P.E. license. Responsibilities Act as Project Manager on Phase I and Phase II IDOT/Tollway projects. Provide technical leadership: QA/AC, mentoring, and guidance to engineers. Work closely with local agency clients throughout Illinois. Manage workload and adapt to changes in project schedule, scope, and additional services. Qualifications Background in Roadway/Highway Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience in design for IDOT, tollway, or local agency projects. Strong technical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license for the state of Illinois. Compensation Base pay range : $130,000 – $175,000 per year (unadjusted for individual qualifications); additional yearly bonus.
