Job Summary and Qualifications As aClinical Nurse Coordinator,you will serveas the primary decision maker for clinical and managerial operations andworkflowduring a given shift. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care. You will continuously assessthe quality ofnursingcare services providedand operationalizeevidenced-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. You willassume leadership responsibilitywithinthe unit in support of theRNmanager/director, including direct supervision of aportionof the staff,education and coaching,payroll editing,annualperformance reviews,and employeerecognition.
