We’re Growing! Bilingual Immigration Paralegal – The Woodlands Our immigration department is growing, and we’re looking for someone great to grow with us! We’re a small law firm in The Woodlands with a busy and expanding immigration practice, and we’re looking for a bilingual English/Spanish paralegal who is smart, motivated, organized, and ready to jump in. If you have experience with both USCIS and Immigration Court (EOIR), we definitely want to meet you! Family petitions, adjustment of status, asylum, removal defense, detained cases, motions, court filings — we handle a little bit of everything, so no two days are exactly the same. Don’t check every box? That’s okay. If you have immigration or legal experience, learn quickly, and are excited to grow your skills, we’re still interested. We care just as much about finding the right person for our team as we do about finding the perfect résumé. We’d love someone who: Is fluent in English and Spanish Has immigration experience (USCIS and/or EOIR is a big plus!)
