Join our team at Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a CNA! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-Time, Part-Time, & Per-Diem Opportunities Available! Shifts (FT): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Shifts (PT): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Shifts (PRN): Any 8 hour shift! (One weekend per month is required). $4000 sign on bonus for new full-time hires! Hourly range: $20.50 – $26.00/hr (based on experience & incentives) all inclusive (FT only) waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour. Shift differentials ($1.00 for 3pm -11pm & 11pm - 7am). Daily pay available and more!

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of the nursing staff
• Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens
• Provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Long term care experience is preferred
• An active, unencumbered CNA license to practice in the state of New Jersey
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
