Our team includes 8 full-time Emergency Veterinarians collaborating with a robust group of specialists in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Surgery, Anesthesia, and Sports Medicine/Rehabilitation! Our team and clients are supported by an in-house Licensed Clinical Social Worker, offering counseling and resources for stress, grief and loss, and mental well-being. We believe in supporting our team and rewarding excellence: $160k base salary with 25% production, commensurate with experience No negative accrual $3500 annual CE budget Support within the Ethos ER ABVP program 12 days PTO annually A focus on work-life balance with flexible scheduling modules in a welcoming, team-focused atmosphere In your day-to-day, you will: Deliver high-quality emergency and critical care to a diverse caseload of companion animals. Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical conditions. Provide comprehensive emergency care through a balanced mix of receiving new emergency cases, triaging incoming patients, and managing hospitalized patients throughout their course of treatment. Perform emergency procedures and stabilize critically ill or injured patients using evidence-based medicine. Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care. Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations. Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning. What You Bring 1-2 years of emergency experience or internship training (preferred) A strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment A commitment to delivering excellent patient care and building strong client and RDVM relationships DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure. Confidence managing emergency cases and making sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
