Bilingual Leasing Agent

Hire Priority Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent for a multifamily apartment community in Houston, TX 77030 . This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused leasing professional who can thrive in a fast-paced office, support daily leasing activity, and deliver excellent service to prospective and current residents.

We are looking for someone with multifamily leasing experience who is comfortable touring apartment homes, answering phones, assisting walk-in traffic, and managing follow-up in a busy office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a candidate with Yardi and Funnel Leasing experience who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact.

Job Details:

• Position: Temp-to-hire
• Pay: $18 per hour , (plus commission once hired )
• Location: Houston, TX 77030
• Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
• Weekend Hours: Sat 10 AM to 5 PM, Sun 1 PM - 5 PM
• Rotating weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Tour prospective residents through apartment homes and community amenities
• Answer phones, respond to leasing inquiries, and assist walk-in prospects professionally
• Follow up with leads and help move prospects through the leasing process
• Highlight apartment features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits to generate leasing interest
• Prepare, process, and execute lease agreements
• Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents
• Maintain accurate traffic, lead, and leasing records
• Use Yardi and Funnel Leasing to support leasing activity, follow-up, and daily office operations
• Help support occupancy goals by building rapport and presenting the value of the community

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Previous multifamily leasing experience required
• Yardi experience required
• Funnel experience required
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills required
• Must be professional, dependable, and confident in a fast-paced leasing environment
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with Fair Housing laws required
• Must be able to multitask and support daily leasing office operations
• Must be able to provide valid identification, proof of authorization to work in the United States, and complete the application and interview process
