As an Independent Route Owner , you'll manage an established route servicing convenience stores, gas stations, and travel centers with fresh fruit and complementary products. • South Alabama 
• Throughout Florida to include the Panhandle, Tallahassee, Ocala, Tampa, South Florida

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

Commission-Based Compensation

Most new Independent Route Owners earn the equivalent of $20-$30+ per hour , depending on route size, efficiency, and performance.

Your income grows as your route grows.

There is no cap on your earning potential.

What You'll Do

As an Independent Route Owner, you will:

• Manage an established customer route 
• Deliver and merchandise fresh fruit and complementary products 
• Build strong relationships with store managers 
• Maintain clean, attractive product displays 
• Monitor inventory and minimize product shrink 
• Complete basic invoicing and inventory records 
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within your territory 
• Represent Fresh Fruit 2 Go with professionalism and outstanding customer service

Requirements

• Valid driver's license 
• Current automobile insurance 
• Reliable vehicle (SUV, minivan, full-size van, or approved vehicle capable of transporting product) 
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly 
• Comfortable using smartphones, navigation apps, and basic technology 
• Android phone (Wi-Fi capable) for route invoicing application. The android phone does not have to be connected to cell service but must be able to connect to WIFI. 
• Ability to accurately maintain inventory and invoices 
• Understanding of or willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
