Local Open Deck Driver Overview
- Strong hourly pay, day or night. Drivers earn $25/hr on either shift, with day shift averaging $1,300-$1,600 per week and night shift averaging $1,350-$1,700 per week.*
- Bonuses that reward the work. Earn a safety and service incentive of $4/hr on day shift or $6/hr on night shift when weekly standards are met.*
- Home daily, no exceptions. Run local routes and get home every day, whichever shift you choose.
- Shifts that fit your life. Choose day or night shift with fixed schedules, so you always know what's ahead.

- 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
- No DUIs within the last 5 years
