About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in identifying their financial goals and developing tailored strategies.

Provide expert guidance on insurance products, investments, and retirement planning.

Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.

Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and manage your pipeline effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Life and Health Insurance licenses are preferred or must be obtained shortly after hiring.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not required

Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients is a must

Uncompromising integrity and the ability to effectively communicate complex programs and ideas is required

Relationship management skills are required
