Location: Grangeville, ID

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (07:00 - 16:00), with rotating weekends (less than 1x/month).

Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a dual clinic role covering both outpatient and inpatient needs. The position will primarily focus on general degenerative conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, worker's compensation cases, and trauma care for patients of all ages in a rural clinic setting. The role may also involve wound care if the therapist is certified.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions to assist in recovery and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Work with diverse patient demographics within a rural healthcare environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid State License as a Physical Therapist (required at time of submission).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy.
• Experience with charting and documentation systems, preferably Community Hospital.
