Key Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas is required
• Experience providing counseling services to children or adolescents, preferably in school settings
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, faculty, and families
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage a varied caseload across multiple locations
• Passion for fostering student growth and resilience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling to students referred for support, adapting methods to meet diverse needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student well-being and strategies for success
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidential records in line with Texas and school district policies
• Assist with crisis intervention and preventive programming as needed
• Actively participate in meetings and planning sessions to address school-wide counseling initiatives
• Travel between five campuses as assigned, maintaining a consistent presence and connection with students
