General Technician 2nd and 3rd shift

Quad, Westampton, NJ, is currently seeking Full-Time General Manufacturing Employees to grow with us! A general manufacturing position includes the opportunity to learn the commingling process from the ground up and advance in a progressive environment. Starting wage - $17.50 - $19.50 / hr depending on experience, plus a shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift Additional Responsibilities Being involved in training and leading other crew members Continuous clean‑up and housekeeping of the production area Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and work rules Some positions may also include the operation of a forklift Required Qualifications Successful candidates must be able to do the following (with or without reasonable accommodation): Work 8-hour shifts - 2nd Shift (3p m‑11 pm), or 3rd Shift (11pm‑7 am) Work a split shift (every other Saturday as overtime shift) Lift 10-15 pounds continuously, lift to 70 pounds occasionally, stand for long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement Receive and follow instructions Use vision to identify defects in the product Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and working independently with minimal supervision are required.
