We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to support our daily office operations, purchasing activities, and accounts payable functions. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating purchasing and vendor relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments while providing general administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

What You’ll Do

Human Resources and employee administration including recruiting, onboarding, performance review, company policies, employee training and development, apprenticeship program, benefit management, compensation reviews, employee relations, and compliance records

Office administration including day-to-day administrative activities

Accounts payable and purchasing administration including processing vendor invoices, preparing invoices and payments, resolving discrepancies, 1099 preparation, update vendor cost change

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• QuickBooks
• Experience processing purchase orders and vendor invoices.
• Familiarity with invoice matching, account reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Experience maintaining vendor records and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable procedures.
