Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to provide specialized therapeutic care in a busy oncology setting. The role involves delivering precise radiation treatments, utilizing advanced technology, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments using TrueBeam linear accelerators in accordance with physician prescriptions.
• Operate surface guidance systems such as Align RT (Vision RT) to ensure accurate patient positioning.
• Maintain detailed documentation within the ARIA system, adhering to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including RNs, dosimetrists, physicists, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Perform advanced procedures such as VMAT, SBRT, and DIBH therapies while following safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all unit policies, maintain professional appearance in designated uniforms, and uphold patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Hold active AART certification as a Radiation Therapist.
• Minimum three years of experience with TrueBeam linear accelerators.
• Proven proficiency with ARIA documentation system.
• Experience with surface guidance technology (Align RT/Vision RT).
• Knowledge of advanced radiation techniques such as VMAT and SBRT.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
