What You'll Get: $25-$35 hourly Performance-based pay that rewards top execution Accrued PTO based on hours worked, plus paid holidays Company vehicle Phone and fuel covered $200-$400 monthly insurance stipend Clear procedures and real support so you're set up to succeed 6% SPIFF What You'll Be Doing: Installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems to spec, clean and code-compliant Diagnosing and repairing service calls across a range of systems Following established SOPs and company standards on every job Pulling and respecting permits, and holding the line on safety Documenting your work accurately (paperwork is part of doing it right) Communicating clearly with dispatch, the office, and the customer Keeping your truck, tools, and installs in order Who We're Looking For: Hands-on experience in HVAC installation (required) Service and troubleshooting experience across residential and light commercial systems (required) Solid technical knowledge across low and high voltage, refrigerant, airflow, and basic diagnostics EPA 608 certification Valid driver's license with a clean record Comfortable with paperwork and following a defined process How to Apply: Apply below and send your resume our way.
