THE OPPORTUNITY

As a New Home Sales Coordinator, you'll step into a dynamic, customer-facing role with real growth potential — learning directly from a seasoned, high-performing sales team while playing a critical part in helping families find their dream home. This is a launching pad, not a landing spot.

You'll be the first point of contact for many of our buyers — managing leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for our New Home Sales Consultants to close. If you're hungry, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to talk.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, including occasional evenings, is required

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMACT

• Execute daily outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads with urgency and professionalism
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for the New Home Sales Consultant
• Manage structured, consistent follow-up on all leads from first contact through consultation — nothing gets dropped
• Staff the model home during open hours, creating a welcoming and memorable first impression for every visitor
• Represent Arise Homes with enthusiasm and professionalism in every interaction, inside and outside the office
• Partner closely with the sales team to keep the pipeline moving and contribute to team goals

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The New Home Sales Specialist reports to the Sales Manager.

HOURS

Tuesday through Saturday, 9am–6pm (Saturday until 5pm). Occasional flexibility for events, lunch meetings, or deadlines may be needed.
