Campus Recruiter

As a College/Campus Recruiter you will be responsible for attracting and hiring students and recent graduates for internships, co‑op programs, and entry‑level positions. You will partner closely with universities, hiring managers, and business leaders to build early‑career talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding on campus. Typical responsibilities include: Managing full‑cycle recruiting for intern and entry‑level hiring Building relationships with universities, career centers, professors, and student organizations Attending and representing the company at career fairs, networking events, and campus presentations Coordinating interview schedules, offer processes, and internship programs Developing campus recruiting strategies to attract diverse and high‑potential talent Supporting employer branding initiatives and social media outreach Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining candidate pipelines in ATS systems such as Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse You must have a minimum 2 years experience in a college/campus recruiting role. You must have excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, and be highly organized, and are comfortable managing high‑volume recruiting in fast‑paced environments.
