Assembler Position
I am opening an Assembler search and would welcome your assistance identifying qualified candidates. Please ensure candidates are fully interviewed and vetted before submission. I am looking for recruiters to have a meaningful conversation with the candidate and confirm they meet the core requirements listed below.
Must-Have Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, avionics, or related technical environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Experience working with hand tools and small components
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, schematics, or technical documentation
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Highly Preferred
- Electronics assembly experience
- Avionics, aerospace, military electronics, instrumentation, or electromechanical assembly experience
- Soldering and de-soldering experience
- Experience using electronic testing equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Electronics education, technical school, military electronics training, or related background
Location Requirements
- Must be willing to relocate to Wichita, Kansas if not local
- This is a 100% onsite position
- No remote or hybrid options available
