Overview Join Kellanova as a Part-Time Retail Display Merchandiser for our Philadelphia, PA territory. This role focuses on merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining displays. It is suitable for someone seeking 12-20 hours per week. Mileage reimbursement is available for miles driven between stores and a phone stipend for apps used during working hours. The hourly starting wage is $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities Building Our Brands – Call on assigned store(s) to deliver superior in-store merchandising service to ensure proper rotation, placement and facing of our products to catch customers’ attention. Establishing Relationships – Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers. Can Do Attitude – Build displays with excellence, which requires physical activity and some occasional heavy lifting. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving environment. Qualifications Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day. Include stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing and pulling. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above shoulder height repeatedly. Ability to visit assigned store(s) during shift. Accessibility of apps while in store to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads. Ability to use a personal vehicle. Note: This is a driving role which requires the use of a vehicle. To meet the requirements of the role, your driving record must be clear of any combination of violations or one-time significant events occurring in a personal or company vehicle within the previous 36 months.
