The Breakfast Attendant in Dallas, TX is responsible for preparing and maintaining a well-organized breakfast service that ensures a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests. This role involves early morning shifts and direct interaction with guests to provide exceptional hospitality and a positive start to their day.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the breakfast buffet with food and beverage items
• Ensure all items are fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed
• Greet guests and assist with any questions or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, counters, and floors
• Monitor and empty trash receptacles during and after breakfast hours
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Clean and break down the breakfast area after service
• Take inventory of items that need to be ordered

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable and punctual with consistent early morning availability (starting around 5:30 AM)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs
• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
