Clinical Nurse Coordinator nights

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this patient-centered RN role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality clinical care, support care teams, and ensure adherence to best practices and safety standards. You will oversee patient flow, perform assessments, develop and update care plans, and provide patient and family education. The role includes mentoring nursing staff, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
