About the Position

Job Title: Travel RN - Telemetry Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of telemetry experience License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Candidates without the following skills will not be considered for the role: BLS & ACLS Minimum 1 year current acute care telemetry experience Description: This is a travel RN position in the telemetry unit. The unit has 36 beds and a total of 70 staff members. Staffing includes 7 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs on the day shift, and 7 RNs and 3 Patient Care Techs on the night shift. Patient ratios are estimated at 1:6, but are never guaranteed. Equipment utilized includes Kangaroo Pumps and EMR is Meditech. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be engaged, and flexible. Typical procedures performed on this unit include bubble studies and EEGs.
