Retail Pharmacy Associate - Inventory

Starting wage: $19.00-$21.00 per hour. This position offers a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $2.00 per hour in the first six months, with a maximum additional $5.00, and a $200 referral bonus for each friend referred who is hired. The role may be part‑time or full‑time with flexible, traditional or non‑traditional hours. Key Responsibilities Count and record inventory of medical devices and medications with precision, noting part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates. Follow a standardized workflow for inventory events to ensure accuracy and consistency. Move between inventory locations, working primarily on feet for extended periods. Achieve daily performance goals and support productivity‑based wage increases. Represent the organization in a professional manner, upholding core values of service, pride, integrity, results, innovation and teamwork. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of three years’ experience in pharmacy, retail, stocking, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse roles is preferred but not required. Prior experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office) is a plus. Complete required pharmacy and hospital training certifications. Comply with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts and to lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable using handheld scanners or counting tools. Strong focus and attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Access to reliable transportation and willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen.
