Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator in our Gainesville office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Why We Need You: You will assist the Director of Business Development in tracking leads, developing team strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals and interview materials/presentations, and managing all the marketing information. Expertise of our most successful Marketing Coordinators: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing professional services, preferably within the A/E/C industry Microsoft Office experience required. Experience with CRM software a plus. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop software a plus. Effective skills to help you flourish: Strong spoken and written communications skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes. Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
