Part-time LICENSED Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Clinic Description As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care. This part‑time position (18–20 sessions weekly) is scheduled for evenings and weekends. Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in accordance with company policy. Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individualized documentation for each session per company guidelines. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution and progress toward licensure in your designated field. Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.) preferred. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation and other required documents in a timely manner. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Proficient in Office 365 and electronic health record systems; Valant experience a plus. Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels. Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
