Worthy employees enjoy:Generous Paid Time Off401k with company matchHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceDisability and life insuranceInsurance education bonus programPaid Time Off for VolunteeringKey Responsibilities:Complete insurance applications in coordination with agency Account Executives.Collaborate with Account Managers in preparing summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals.Process certificates of insurance and evidences of property.Complete Due DiligencesManage day-to-day client requests including issuing auto id cards, running MVR'sAssist Account Executives in preparing renewal and new business submissions.Document conversations with clients and carrier personnel in our agency management system.Assist Risk Management team in assembling of analysis.Qualifications:Preferred:College Degree OR equivalent work experience1+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experienceProperty & Casualty agency management systemRequired:Proficient with computers and standard Microsoft software packagesExcellent oral and written communicationCreative problem-solving skillsExceptional time management and attention to detailIllinois Property & Casualty license OR ability to pass the exam within 30 days of hireCompensation: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
